Building a roadmap when three teams each think their thing is the most urgent thing.

Week 4: Writing specs engineers actually read

PRDs that survive contact with a sprint planning meeting.

Weeks 5–8: Doing the job

Week 5: Working with design and engineering

Being a PM, not a project manager — where to push and where to get out of the way.

Week 6: Metrics and knowing when to kill a feature

Reading a dashboard honestly, including the parts that say your idea didn't work.

Week 7: Stakeholder communication

Closing exec buy-in in one meeting instead of four follow-up emails.

Week 8: Capstone review

There's no guarantee — this is a skills program, not a job promise. What we do guarantee is direct feedback on your applications and two mock interviews with working PMs.

Can I attend live sessions if I'm not in India?+

Yes — sessions run 7:30–9:30pm IST specifically so they work for most timezones people apply from. Recordings are available for 30 days after each session.

What's the refund policy?+

Full refund if you drop before week 2. After that, refunds are prorated by session.
