What we deliberately do not do

  • No app. Your phone number is the card
  • No expiring points — cups counted in 2021 still count
  • No tier demotion. Ever
  • No selling your number. It sits in one system and goes nowhere else

Loyalty programs mostly exist to make leaving expensive. This one exists because we would rather you came back.

Do I need to carry anything?+

No. Say your phone number at the counter. If you forget it, the barista can find you by name at your usual store.

Does it work on delivery orders?+

Yes, on our own site. Not on aggregator platforms — they will not pass us the customer identity, and we are not paying them for the privilege.

What counts as a cup?+

Any hot or iced tea or coffee, any size. Retail bags and equipment do not count towards cups but do get the Kadak discount.

Can I share my tier?+

At Dum, yes — bring a friend free on any visit. Below that, no, though nobody has ever been challenged on buying a round.
