Pricing questions

Can I change plans mid-cycle?+

Yes — upgrades apply immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date.

How does seat counting work?+

You're billed for members who can edit, not for viewers or guests on shared pages — those are unlimited on every paid plan.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?+

Nothing is deleted. If you're over the new plan's page or member limit, those pages become read-only until you're back under it.

Do you offer a nonprofit or education discount?+

Yes, 30% off Team or Business for verified nonprofits and schools — email hello@wayfind.io with your registration.

Can I export everything if I cancel?+

Always. A full Markdown + attachments export is available from Settings at any time, on any plan, including after cancellation.
