Fifteen years in other people’s kitchens taught us one thing
Chef Arjun Mehra ran the tandoor section at three of Bengaluru’s busiest kitchens before he got tired of cooking someone else’s menu. Copper & Clove opened in 2019 with eleven tables, a wood-fired tandoor, and one promise: nothing here is on the menu because it’s easy. It’s here because someone in the kitchen wouldn’t stop making it until it was right.
