Read your campaign results
Open any campaign from the Campaigns list to see its report. Delivery metrics update as confirmations come in — opens and clicks keep flowing in real time as recipients engage.
The report has three tabs: Analytics, Content, and Recipients.
Analytics tab
The Analytics tab is the default view. It loads as soon as you open a campaign.
Delivery metrics
Four cards across the top track how your send went:
| Metric | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Sent | Total messages dispatched to recipients |
| Delivered | Messages accepted by the recipient’s mail server. If the count is still climbing shortly after sending, that’s normal — confirmations arrive over the minutes after dispatch. The card shows an “awaiting confirmation” count while any messages are still in-flight. |
| Bounced | Messages rejected by the recipient’s mail server. Includes a complaint count if any recipients marked the email as spam. |
| Failed | Messages that couldn’t be sent — invalid address format, domain not found, or a similar pre-send error. |
Engagement metrics
Four more cards track what recipients did with the email:
| Metric | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Open Rate | Percentage of delivered emails that were opened, counted once per recipient (unique opens). If a recipient opened more than once, the total is shown alongside the unique count. |
| Click Rate | Percentage of delivered emails where a link was clicked, counted once per recipient (unique clicks). Total clicks shown alongside unique if recipients clicked more than once. |
| CTOR | Click-to-open rate — the percentage of people who opened your email and then clicked a link. Measures how compelling your content is to people who did open. A low CTOR relative to a high open rate usually means the content or CTA isn’t landing. |
| Unsubscribed | Recipients who clicked the unsubscribe link. |
Engagement over time
The area chart below the metric cards shows opens and clicks over time, with controls for the window and interval:
| Control | Options |
|---|---|
| Time window | Last 7 days / Last 14 days / Last 30 days / This month / All time |
| Interval | Hourly / Daily |
Use this chart to see when recipients engaged most — useful for timing future campaigns to the same recipients.
Link performance
The link performance table lists every URL in your email and how many recipients clicked each one.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Link URL | The destination URL. The unsubscribe link is listed separately and not counted in the content link total. |
| Unique Clicks | Recipients who clicked this link at least once |
| Total Clicks | All clicks on this link, including repeated clicks by the same recipient |
| CTR | Unique clicks as a percentage of delivered recipients |
Content tab
The Content tab shows the rendered HTML email exactly as it was sent — subject line at the top, full email body below. Use this as a reference when cross-checking results against specific links or copy.
Recipients tab
The Recipients tab lists every person the campaign was sent to, with their individual delivery and engagement details.
Filters
| Filter | Options |

Click the history icon on any row to see that recipient’s full audit trail — exactly when they received, opened, and clicked, down to the timestamp.
Export to CSV
Click Export CSV in the top-right corner to request a full recipient report. The export runs in the background and a download link is sent to your account email — usually ready within a minute or two. You can track export status in Reports.
Post-campaign analysis. CSV exports include all recipients and their engagement data. Useful for flagging high-value openers for a follow-up, or importing bounce data into your CRM to keep your list clean.
