Spark Analytics

The Analytics dashboard gives you a cross-campaign view of your email performance — delivery health, engagement trends, and top performers across any date range.

Open Analytics from the left sidebar under Spark. The dashboard loads with data from the last 30 days by default. Use the date range picker in the top-right to change the window — Last 7 / 14 / 30 days, This month, or a custom range. All metrics and charts update automatically.

Headline metrics

Four numbers across the top summarise the selected period at a glance:

MetricWhat it measures
Total CampaignsNumber of campaigns sent in the period
Total RecipientsSum of all recipients sent to across those campaigns
Avg. Open RateAverage unique open rate across campaigns (email only)
Avg. Click RateAverage click-to-open rate across campaigns

Overview tab

The Overview tab has four panels that show aggregate performance across all campaigns in the selected range.

Engagement over time — An area chart showing daily opens and clicks across all campaigns. Use this to spot when recipients are most active and whether engagement is trending up or down.

Delivery status — A donut chart breaking the overall send outcome into Delivered, Bounced, and Failed. The centre shows your aggregate delivery rate across the period.

Channel performance — A grouped bar chart comparing Sent, Delivered, and Engaged (opens + clicks combined) per channel. Email is active today; SMS and WhatsApp are visible and show “Coming Soon.”

Conversion funnel — A four-stage funnel: Sent → Delivered → Opened → Clicked. Shows the drop-off at each stage and your overall Sent-to-Clicked conversion rate. Use this to see where you’re losing people — a large Delivered → Opened gap usually means subject line or send-time issues; a large Opened → Clicked gap usually means content or CTA issues.

Channels tab

Each channel gets its own card with a full delivery and engagement breakdown:

ChannelStatus
EmailActive — shows Sent, Delivered, delivery rate, Opens (unique + total), Clicks (unique + total), open rate, click rate, CTR, and bounce / failure counts if any
SMSComing soon — card is visible but not yet active
WhatsAppComing soon — card is visible but not yet active

Top Campaigns tab

A ranked list of your five highest-performing campaigns in the selected period, sorted by engagement rate (opens + clicks ÷ delivered). Each entry shows:

  • Campaign name and channel
  • Recipient count
  • Open rate and CTR

Use this to identify what’s working — subject lines, send times, content types — and repeat it in future campaigns. Only campaigns with at least one delivered message are included.

Sending Health tab

Sending Health tracks your 90-day email deliverability. Good standing here means your emails continue reaching inboxes.

MetricWhat it showsThresholds
Bounce Rate (90d)Percentage of sends that hard bounced in the rolling 90-day windowWarning at 3% — Critical at 6%
Complaint Rate (90d)Percentage of recipients who marked an email as spam in the rolling 90-day windowWarning at 0.1% — Critical at 0.3%
Marketing StatusOverall deliverability health: Healthy, Warning, or CriticalThresholds activate after 100 emails sent in the 90-day window

Cards change colour when a threshold is crossed. If you see a Warning or Critical status:

  • High bounce rate — clean your list. Remove addresses that haven’t engaged in 6+ months and any that have previously bounced.
  • High complaint rate — review your opt-in flow. Recipients who didn’t clearly sign up are far more likely to mark email as spam.

Below minimum volume. If you’ve sent fewer than 100 emails in the last 90 days, the Marketing Status card shows “Thresholds not active.” Deliverability scoring requires a minimum send volume to be meaningful.
