Spark ships pre-designed email templates so you don’t start blank. In the dashboard, the gallery today is the Starter category — 10 ready-to-use templates for transactional patterns. What’s in the gallery today

The in-app gallery currently has one category: Starter — 10 transactional templates ready to use.

Each template is fully editable once you apply it — change wording, swap images, adjust styling.

What’s coming

The in-app gallery is being expanded with marketer-flavoured categories: Promotional (sales, flash sales, product launches), Newsletter (regular updates, editorial), and Festive (holidays, seasonal greetings). The 13 industry-specific templates from the public showcase (next section) will land in the in-app gallery too — so you’ll be able to pick them directly from the campaign wizard once they’re imported.

How to pick a sample

Whichever entry point you take, you land on the same template hub — three cards giving you a starting point:

From a new campaign (recommended for first-time users):

1. Sign in to app.brixus365.com.
2. Open Spark in the left navigation, then click New campaign.
3. The wizard opens at step 1 (Channel) — pick Email and click Next.
4. Step 2 (Template) shows three cards: Sample Templates, Existing Templates, Start from Scratch. Click Browse Samples.
5. The gallery opens with the Starter category. Click any template card to select it (a red border and check appear). Click Use Selected Template to apply.

From the standalone editor (for designing outside a campaign):

1. Sign in.
2. Open Spark → Templates → New.
3. You land on Start Building Your Email — three cards: Sample Templates, Existing Templates, Start from Scratch. Click Browse Templates under Sample Templates.
4. Pick and apply the same way.

That’s it — the sample is now your starting point.

What happens after you apply

Two important things:

1. The sample becomes a copy attached to your campaign (or your Existing Templates, if you started from the standalone editor). The gallery source is untouched — your edits only affect your copy.

2. You have three paths forward, in the same place:

Sample, Existing, or Start from Scratch

The template hub gives you three starting points — same names in the standalone editor and the campaign wizard:

• Sample Templates (this page) — the gallery Brixus365 ships. Pick one → it becomes a copy attached to your campaign so edits don’t affect the gallery source.
• Existing Templates — your own templates from prior campaigns or saved-for-re-use. Lives under Templates in Spark.
• Start from Scratch — a blank canvas. Build block by block in the visual editor. The dashboard shows a Pro Tip when you pick this: add a Container or Section component first to organise your layout.

Which path you pick is purely about your starting point — once the template is in your campaign, all three converge in the same editor.
