View and manage your recipients
Open Spark → Recipients to search your full contact list, update subscription preferences, check per-recipient engagement history, and organise contacts into groups.
The Recipients list
Sign in to app.brixus365.com, open Spark in the left nav, then click Recipients.
Four stat cards at the top give you a quick read on list health:
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Total Recipients | Total contacts in your account, with growth vs. last month |
| Email Subscribers | Contacts currently subscribed to email, as a percentage of total |
| Unsubscribed (All) | Contacts who have unsubscribed across any channel — your churn rate |
| Groups | Number of recipient groups in your account |
The table below the cards has six columns:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Name | Recipient name — click to open their profile |
| Contact Info | Email address (primary line) and phone number (secondary) |
| Groups | Coloured badges for each group the recipient belongs to. Up to three shown inline; hover for the rest. |
| Subscription Status | Channel icons for email, SMS, and WhatsApp — filled and coloured when subscribed, muted when unsubscribed. Hover any icon for the exact status. |
| Last Contacted | Date of the most recent send to this recipient, or “Never” |
Pagination — use the per-page selector (10 / 20 / 50) and the Previous / Next buttons below the table to move through large lists.
Search and filter
Three controls let you narrow the list:
| Control | Options |
|---|---|
| Search | Type a name or email address — the list filters in real time |
| Status | All Recipients · Subscribed · Unsubscribed |
| Group | Multi-select dropdown — searchable, shows each group’s member count. Pick one or more groups to see only recipients in those groups. |
Filters stack — you can search for “sara” and filter to “Subscribed” and “Newsletter subscribers” at the same time.
Bulk actions
Select one or more checkboxes to reveal the bulk-action bar:
- Add to Group — add the selected recipients to any group
- Remove from Group — remove the selected recipients from any group
For operations that span multiple pages, click Select All Matching (X) when it appears. This selects every recipient that matches your current search and filters — not just the ones visible on screen — before running the bulk action.
Re-organising a large list? Filter to the group or status you want to work with, click Select All Matching, then Add to Group or Remove from Group. The operation runs across the entire matching set in one step.
Recipient profile
Click any name in the list to open that recipient’s profile page.
Profile card
The left sidebar shows:
- Email address
- Phone number (or “Not provided”)
- Custom variables — key-value pairs stored on this contact (e.g.
plan: pro,signup_date: 2026-01-15), displayed as badges. These are the values that populate personalisation tokens like{{ plan }}in your templates.
Overview tab
Subscription Preferences — three channel toggles:
| Channel | Detail |
|---|---|
| Email Marketing (All Domains) | Master email toggle. Turning it off unsubscribes the recipient from all email sends. When on, expands to show per-sending-domain switches — useful if the contact should receive from one domain but not another. |
| SMS Notifications | Subscribe or unsubscribe from SMS sends |
| Subscribe or unsubscribe from WhatsApp sends |
Changes take effect immediately. If a recipient asks to be removed, this is the right place to do it manually — no need to re-import or delete the contact.
Group Memberships — all groups this recipient belongs to, shown as badges.
Engagement History — a chronological timeline of every campaign send to this recipient: campaign name, channel, delivery status (sent / delivered / opened / clicked / bounced), and the date.
Audit Trail tab
A complete log of every change to this recipient’s record:
- When they were added or imported (and from which file, if via CSV)
- Every subscription preference change — who changed it and when
- Every group add and remove
Support queries. If a recipient says they didn’t unsubscribe, the Audit Trail shows the exact timestamp and source of every preference change — whether it came from the recipient clicking the unsubscribe link, a CSV re-import, or a manual edit in the dashboard.
